Who We Are

EVE (formerly Exploited Voices now Educating) was founded between 2008/2009 and is a non-profit, non-governmental, volunteer organization composed of former sex-industry women dedicated to naming prostitution as a form of violence against women and seeing its abolition through political action, advocacy and awareness-raising that focuses on ending the demand for paid sexual access to women and children’s bodies.

EVE knows from our lived experience that prostitution is a toxic mix of sexism, classism, racism, poverty, prior abuse as well as other forms of systemic oppression.

Connect With EVE

If your history includes time in the sex industry we invite you to contact us for peer support, to learn more about EVE, and if interested - to learn ways you could get involved that fit with your comfort level. Your confidentiality is guaranteed! If you would like EVE to do a presentation for your class (we can do junior high to university) event, book club, faith group, podcast, whatever your venue is nothing is too big or too small, for an educational presentation to be tailored to fit your needs. When we present we discuss sex trafficking, prostitution, human trafficking as well as the peripheral issues that go hand in hand with it. We look forward to hearing from you and finding ways to work together.
