EVE (formerly Exploited Voices now Educating) was founded between 2008\/2009 and is a non-profit, non-governmental, volunteer organization composed of former sex-industry women dedicated to naming prostitution as a form of violence against women and seeing its abolition through political action, advocacy and awareness-raising that focuses on ending the demand for paid sexual access to women and children’s bodies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EVE knows from our lived experience that prostitution is a toxic mix of sexism, classism, racism, poverty, prior abuse as well as other forms of systemic oppression.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
